Oh no, how tragic. Please wait a moment while I figure out how to deal with this.

EDITORIAL NOTE:
The following post is a direct copy-paste of the post made on the TCG Productions Facebook page, and is made for continuity purposes only! The TCG Productions Facebook page will be going away by the end of 2027, and this blog is here to stay.

Original post below, embedded in a quoteblock:

Some minor updates and an announcement regarding the future of TCG Productions' presence on Facebook...

There hasn't been any new weekly video releases in a few weeks as my upload/release queue finally ran out around the middle of last month and I've been too busy to get some new videos recorded and stuffed into the queue again. This'll be changing soon, hopefully, as I've got a small pile of video ideas and I'm armed with a camcorder and I'm certainly not afraid to use it, either (if you couldn't already tell that from the 248 videos I've uploaded).

The elephant in the room, however, is an announcement regarding the future of TCG Productions' Facebook presence.

For the past several years, I've grown exceptionally tired of Facebook's ever-dwindling UI/UX quality, and Facebook in general, and I find that my Internet experience is quite a bit better off without it (and any other infinite-doomscrolling time vampire with an algorithm fed by an infinite black box of user data metrics that Facebook will gladly give you a copy of if you happen to have many millions of dollars burning a hole in your pocket).

Not to mention, the site itself has become an enormous unoptimized resource hog that also happens to double as spyware, IMO. For the past several years, I've been using the Facebook Container extension for Firefox, which does its level best to containerize Facebook off from the rest of my browsing experience, including blocking any Facebook-powered widgets and tracking pixels (of which I have seen countless numbers), minimizing the amount of off-Facebook data that Facebook can collect. I also don't have the Facebook app on my phone, a decision that I made at least 7 years ago because the official Facebook app also doubles as spyware and is known to request (and otherwise attempt to obtain by any means possible) every kind of Android permissions category under the Sun so it can datamine your phone and everything on it for more data that they can then turn around and sell to the highest bidder.

Over the past year or so, I've made it a point to minimize the time that I spend on Facebook. Sure, I'll browse for a bit every once in a blue moon or so, or just visit the site to check notifications or send someone a message, or keep tabs on this page, but overall, my Facebook activity over the past 15 months has been SUBSTANTIALLY lower than it has been before 2025 and 2026.

I've decided to start walking away from Facebook in its entirety, and as a result of that, I'm moving the TCG Productions page off of Facebook and over to the new TCG Productions Off-Air blog: trifton.net/ytblog

From this point forward, there will be no new upload notifications posted here - those will not only be posted ONLY on the TCG Productions Off-Air blog, but they'll also be personally posted by me, and not by a computerized widget.

This page will continue to exist for a while, but it will probably eventually be deleted- probably around the end of 2027 or thereabouts.

If you've got this page bookmarked or saved anywhere, now's a good time to replace that bookmark with one to the new TCG Productions Off-Air blog, and start checking there for new videos and updates. Interesting behind-the-scenes happenings, video production updates, new video notifications, etc. will be posted there from here on out.

Anyways, have a good Easter and see you on the other side!

Welcome in! This is the (soon to be) new home for TCG Productions' off-air and behind-the-scenes activities, as well as where I'll be posting links to newly uploaded videos from here on out.

For those of you coming over from my Facebook page, now would be a good time to replace your bookmark to that page with a bookmark to this page, as from here on out (or starting soon, at least), no new video links will be posted to the Facebook page - in fact, that page will probably be shut down sometime around the end of 2027 (if not sooner - official announcement on that coming Soon™).

I'll slowly be reposting various posts from the Facebook page over here, and as new videos come out, those'll be linked here as well.

Comments or questions? Send mail to tcgproductions@protonmail.com - no spam please, you will be blocked with extreme prejudice if you make the unfortunate mistake of delivering junk email there.

Thanks!
